WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept:

Banktransfers, Cash (select ‘local pick-up’ at the checkout), Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether), Ideal, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa.

IS TAX INCLUDED IN THE RETAIL PRICE OF AN ITEM?

Yes, tax is included in the retail price on all items.

NOTE: we do not charge tax for orders outside of Europe, taxes and duties will be your responsibility. This will show automatically at the checkout when you enter your shipping address.

 
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible: contact@theartdispenser.com

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, you just need to take responsibility for any taxes and duty charges outside the EU.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipment costs are calculated during checkout.

For compact artworks, prints, and jewelry, standard shipping applies. Within Europe, standard shipping costs are €8 and €20 for the rest of the globe 🌎

An additional fee will apply to large and/or highly valued artworks. The delivery of these items will be handled by special delivery services. During checkout, the extra fee will appear automatically.

SHIPPING METHOD

All artwork is shipped in (custom-built) boxes or tubes and is shipped insured. Orders will be sent via PostNL, DHL as well as other common carriers.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typically within 1-2 business days orders are processed. Normally, you will receive your order in 2-5 business days after it’s been processed.

For shipments to a country outside the EU it will take aprox. 7 – 10 business days. The duration of transit time depends on the selected ports of departure and destination.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive your tracking number by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD?

Yes, the studio in Groningen offers the possibility to pick-up orders. When you select ‘local pick-up’ during the check-out process, you will receive an e-mail to schedule an appointment. You can then choose either cash on collection or advance payment by bank transfer.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, please notify us within 14 days from receipt of your order. Only posters and prints are non-returnable.

Note: if you pick up your order at the studio, you are not eligible for a 14-day return policy.

Please take note of our terms and conditions when caring for the artworks, because damaged works are non-returnable.

When damage has occurred during shipment, please follow the instructions as listed in our Terms Of Service. Damaged art = broken hearts 💔

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to show up on your (bank) account. The refund is issued under the name DITISOPRECHT.
